In doing so, apps are understood as multimodal micro-dispositifs that answer a societal urgency (in the sense of Foucault) and unfold within the macro-dispositif of power relations in a particular historical moment. The crucial challenge of the method is to link the detailed enactive analysis of an app’s interface (zooming in) with a related societal macro-perspective (zooming-out). The method is demonstrated materialiter using the example of the resilience-app 'SuperBetter'. abstract: In asking for a suitable method for the qualitative analysis of mobile apps, this paper presents a variation of the walkthrough method sensitized for the analysis of subjectivation.
